The answer is pretty simple.  You may use the pattern for your own personal use or for reasonable sales. 

Personal use includes for around your house and for gifts to friends and family.

Reasonable sales includes making the products described for sale in shows, events, private shops, and other similar venues.

You may not reproduce the patterns for sale or mass produce the product without express permission from the owner of Aly's Room, Willa Croft.
